Nxt Radio prepare for the last quarter of 2021

In preparation for their third birthday, Nxt Radio took a weekend off to unwind and better strategize for the last quarter of 2021. Part of the benefits of retreating is it gives the team a chance to reflect on the old and how to do better, build teamwork and boost productivity.

 

Marcus Kwikiriza, the Nxt Radio General Manager, emphasized the need for the team to have a purpose. Purpose guides life decisions, Influences behavior, shapes goals, steers a sense of direction and creates meaning in life. With a purpose, you can transform and innovate better.

Learn to make functional relationships with your followers.  Ask them what you can wear, who you should feature in your videos and how they’re fellig today”

In July, Nxt Radio joined the DSTV Family channel 898, and this calls for premium content from the presenters hence the need to restrategize and up their game.
