Saturday 4th June, 2022 marked the unveiling of new hosts on NBS Television’s revamped ‘Saturday Night Live’ (SNL). Celebrated radio show host and MC Mr. Henrie, hype girl and radio host Viana Indi and the all-so-talented female deejay, Deejay Kathy, are the new faces on the Saturdays at 10 PM show, joining existing hosts Isaac MC and MC Wright who have hosted for the show for the last two years.
The show was a success, viewers spent the whole night tweeting and expressing positive feedback about the new entries.
A one Samoa congratulated Viana Indi for making it to one of the biggest entertainment shows in Uganda, “Hey Viana Indi, a lot more wins dear. Eno Uganda Ojisobola.”
The new presenters, on the other hand couldn’t hide their excitement. Deejay Kathy detailed how the show went. She tweeted, “It feels so good to officially be part of the biggest show in Uganda and of course the show was massive we can’t wait to give the viewers more and more sauce”.
In her tweet, the new hype girl, Viana Indi expressed how excited she was after being unveiled on one of Uganda’s biggest entertainment shows, “My lovely people, I officially announce that I’ve joined @nbstv and I will be live on your screens every Saturday on #NBSSNL 🔥🔥🔥.”

Saturday Night Live, commonly known as SNL, is a weekly themed music mix TV show that airs on NBS Television every Saturday from 10 PM till late, featuring top Ugandan talent ranging from music to dance, comedy and more.
