NBS Sport show hosts entrusted with key Uganda Sports Press Association roles.

NBS Sport’s Programs Manager, Grace Lindsay Mbabazi, has Monday, December 12, 2022 been appointed the Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) Vice President, with fellow show host Martin Kaddu appointed a Member of the Sponsorship Committee. Show Producer, Analyst and Commentator, Solomon Ssaka, was voted yet again as Organising Secretary for a second term. The developments come just weeks after USPA voted in a new Executive Committee set to serve a two-year tenure from 2022 to 2024.

Grace Lindsay Mbabazi is also a sports newscaster, content creator and producer at NBS Sport, Uganda’s pioneer 24-hour sports television. She has a well-built profile in mainstream sports journalism and media relations, with big interviews to her name. Mbabazi was named ‘Best Female Journalist’ at the Sports Journalists’ Choice Awards 2018 and named among the Top 10 on the continent in the International Sports Press Association Awards (AIPS) in 2019.

 

Martin Kaddu, who currently co-hosts NBS Sports Lunch Time Sports, is a Ugandan sports reporter, show host and analyst with over seven years of experience and an enormous passion in local sports. He has worked in electronic media as a show host, print media as a reporter and sub-editor as well as online media as a writer and editor. Kaddu is a professional social worker and journalist.

 

Solomon Ssaka is a show host, Sports Producer and Commentator and currently a pundit on NBS Sport’s ‘Lunchtime Sport.’
