Sanyuka TV is shaking things up in 2023 with a new and improved program lineup that promises to appeal to a wider range of viewers. With a mix of new and existing shows, the station is now geared towards maintaining its position as the leading Ugandan entertainment TV station.
One of the new additions to the line-up is “Lunch Time Request,” which will air daily from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. “After 5” now has its second hour LIVE on Sanyuka TV, airing from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, having started at 6:00 PM on NBS, while the highly popular “Uncut” has been moved to 9:00 PM. Another addition is a new soap, “Aveninda,” which will air at 8:00 PM daily. Movie lovers will also have something to look forward to with Nigerian movies including classics from the past and the latest entries airing at 10:00 AM daily.
For those interested in late night programming, “Ensi y’Omukwano” will air every Tuesday from 10:00 PM to midnight, and “Tusimbudde” will air every Thursday at the same time. Meanwhile, the popular show “Birungi ssi Birungi” has been shifted to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with more changes expected in the coming months.
