Next Media Recognised for Amplifying Rotary’s Impact

The Rotary Club of Kigo Seven Lakes hosted Rotary District 9214 Governor Christine Kyeyune Kawooya on Friday at Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort, marking her first official visit to the club.

Addressing the gathered Rotarians, DG Kawooya called for stronger partnerships to deepen community impact. In the same spirit, she highlighted a key partner in this effort, Next Media Group.

The District Governor appreciated Next Media, through President Kin Kariisa, for sustained and strategic support in strengthening Rotary’s brand and public image across Uganda and beyond.

Through its brands NBS TV, AfroMobile, and NextCom, Next Media has supported Rotary initiatives by covering and streaming major engagements nationwide and internationally. This support has helped Rotary activities reach wider audiences and gain stronger public visibility. In addition, Next Communications has provided communication services that support Rotary’s outreach and messaging.

DG Kawooya acknowledged the importance of consistent storytelling in sharing Rotary’s work and outcomes. Working with the Next Media Group has helped highlight service, leadership, and community-focused action while connecting Rotary’s mission with people across multiple platforms.

Next Media continues to use media platforms to grow awareness around positive change. The partnership with Rotary District 9214 reflects how purposeful storytelling can extend impact and strengthen community service efforts.
