Lilian’s journey with Next Media has been nothing short of remarkable, showcasing her relentless drive and dedication to excellence. As a results-driven professional, Lilian has consistently demonstrated her ability for unparalleled efficiency.
Having joined Next Media as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO in May 2016, Lilian quickly proved invaluable to the company. Her exceptional organizational skills and resourcefulness led her to assume the Deputy Chief People and Culture Officer role in January 2019, where she made significant strides in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
Lilian’s journey to leadership excellence was further enriched through her participation in the CEO Executive Mentorship Program at Next Media. Under the guidance of the Group CEO, she honed her leadership skills and gained invaluable insights that prepared her for greater responsibilities.
As Chief of Staff since October 2022, Lilian has played a crucial role in streamlining operations, driving effective communication, and fostering collaboration across departments.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Entrepreneurship from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Uganda Management Institute (UMI).
Her elevation to the position of Chief People Officer is a testament to the opportunities for advancement that Next Media provides its employees.
