Rachel Nyambura Mugisha is a visionary commercial leader with over 16 years of experience in HR, Sales, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). A Makerere University alumna, she holds an MBA in Strategic Business from Roehampton University in the UK, along with numerous professional certifications.

Her career journey spans Uganda, Kenya, and the UAE, where she has worked with Access Kenya, NFT Consult, Celeste Industries in Dubai, and other organizations. These experiences have honed her expertise in navigating diverse markets, driving strategic business growth, and fostering high-performance teams.

Currently serving as the General Manager, Commercial at Next Media, Rachel has played a pivotal role in the commercialization of all Next Media brands. She has led groundbreaking initiatives such as the NBS Housing Baraza, the Uganda Economic Forum, and high-impact CSI campaigns like Taasa Obutonde and Linya Step. Her strategic thinking and execution excellence have shaped key commercial campaigns, setting new benchmarks in the media and business landscape.
