With over 25 years of experience spanning broadcasting, business leadership, marketing, and communications, Ben Mwine is a dynamic force in Uganda’s corporate and media landscape. A visionary strategist and strong motivational leader, he has honed his expertise in organizational management, public relations, and strategic planning.
Ben’s career has been nothing short of transformative. At Kwesé Free TV, he spearheaded strategic operations as General Manager, shaping the platform’s presence in Uganda. As Managing Director of Power FM, he steered the company from financial turbulence to sustained profitability, securing Top 100 SME awards twice. Beyond the boardroom, he has become one of East Africa’s most sought-after event moderators, commanding presence and engagement across diverse audiences.
Away from work, Ben is a passionate car enthusiast and an ardent supporter of Liverpool FC. He also brings his charisma to the screen, portraying the sharp-witted lawyer-fixer Henry Kaya in the hit Ugandan TV drama Beloved.
Ben is married to Rachael Mwine and is a proud father to two sons, Jeremiah and Micah.
