Boman Bigirwenkya

Bigirwenkya Boman is the Head of Finance, overseeing financial management, reporting, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. With a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning, he plays a key role in ensuring financial efficiency and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Boman holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management and has pursued further education at Makerere University, Uganda Management Institute, and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with additional training in Quantitative Economics and Financial Management.

Driven by a desire to positively impact society, Boman embraces a servant leadership approach, inspiring and motivating his team to find purpose in their work beyond self-interest. His philosophy is anchored in discipline and continuous learning, as reflected in his favorite quote: “Whoever loves discipline, loves to learn.”

Beyond finance, Boman enjoys listening to political debates, music, and football. His fun-loving personality is evident in his sense of humor—he often jokes that even in Paradise, people will still need his financial services.
