Charles Ssendagire Nsibirwa is a seasoned broadcast media professional with 14 years of experience in content creation, production, and live programming. As the Head of Broadcast – Current Affairs at Next Media, he oversees the development of high-quality current affairs content across multiple platforms and directs the production of prime-time news. His leadership is driven by a commitment to efficiency and teamwork, ensuring that every production meets the highest standards of journalism.

Previously, Charles served as the Head of Broadcast Production at NBS Television from 2020 to 2025, where he played a key role in programming and led teams in executing live current affairs programs and major events. Earlier in his career, as the Assistant Head of Live Broadcast at NBS Television from 2015 to 2017, he was instrumental in directing live broadcasts and managing field teams.

Charles holds a Diploma in Radio and Television Production from the Uganda Film and Television Institute and a Higher Certificate in Film and Television Production from AFDA Johannesburg, South Africa. His leadership approach is progress-focused and inspirational, guiding teams toward excellence in storytelling and audience engagement. A passionate traveler, he draws inspiration from diverse cultures and experiences.
