Eugene Kavuma, a media professional with over 15 years of experience, is currently leading the Content Creator Hubs, which aim to standardize the creative sector by providing skilling opportunities and access to advanced tools. Eugene develops and executes content strategies across various platforms, focusing on influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

His collaborative approach ensures impactful brand messaging, while his data-driven methods guarantee optimal content performance and the implementation of cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies.

Eugene has held previous roles as Head of Special Projects, Head of Creative & Community at Next Media, and Community Lead at MoTIV Africa Creations. His exceptional leadership has earned him the Employee of the Year award at Next Media in 2023 and 2024.

Eugene is also a significant figure in Uganda’s creative landscape, founding Kampala Design Week, a member of World Design Weeks, and serving as Uganda’s delegate to the 2019 London Design Festival. He is passionate about the transformative power of creativity in driving business success and emphasizes human connection, empathy, and team value. Eugene is also an avid enthusiast of photography, design, and sound, contributing to the local music scene as a Sofar Sounds Kampala host and as an Executive Producer in the podcasting world.
