JOB DESCRIPTION — BRAND MANAGER

Department: NextCom Agency & Commercial
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Head of Digital Commercial
Location: Next Media Park
Level: Mid-Senior (4–6 Years’ Experience)

  1. Role Purpose

The Brand Manager will drive end-to-end brand growth, campaign execution, and revenue support for client portfolios and internal Next Media brands.

The role ensures brands are commercially viable, digitally competitive, audience-relevant, and performance-driven by integrating strategy, creative execution, digital analytics, and client servicing.

This position is critical in supporting NextCom’s transformation into a Digital-First Revenue Generating Agency.

  1. Key Responsibilities

A. Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Translate client briefs into clear brand positioning, campaign roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand visibility, engagement, and market share.
  • Monitor brand health and recommend optimization strategies.
  1. Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns across:
    • Digital platforms
    • TV and radio
    • Influencer marketing
    • Events and activations
  • Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, production, commercial).
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within scope and budget.
  1. Digital Brand Performance Management
  • Monitor brand KPIs including:
    • Reach
    • Engagement
    • Conversion metrics
    • ROI
  • Optimize campaigns using analytics insights.
  • Implement digital growth strategies for client and internal brands.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as primary brand liaison between client and agency.
  • Manage expectations, reporting, and communication.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and growth areas.
  1. Revenue Support & Commercialization
  • Support commercial teams in proposal development.
  • Identify new revenue streams for assigned brands.
  • Ensure brand activities contribute to revenue targets.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with:

    • Creative teams
    • Digital marketing teams
    • Production teams
    • Commercial teams
  • Ensure workflow efficiency and clear communication.
  1. Market Intelligence & Innovation
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Recommend innovative brand activation approaches.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives.
  1. Key Performance Indicators (Annual KPIs)

Brand Growth & Performance – 25%

  • Achieve ≥20% growth in brand reach and engagement.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in brand awareness metrics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Campaign Execution Excellence – 20%

  • ≥95% campaigns delivered on time.
  • ≥90% client satisfaction scores.
  • Zero major campaign delivery failures.

Digital Performance Optimization – 15%

  • Improve digital campaign ROI by ≥15%.
  • Achieve performance benchmarks for engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate performance reporting.

Revenue Contribution – 20%

  • Support revenue growth targets for assigned brands.
  • Identify at least 3 new monetization opportunities annually.
  • Contribute to upselling initiatives.

Client Relationship Management – 10%

  • Maintain strong client retention rates.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting.

Innovation & Process Improvement – 10%

  • Implement at least 2 new brand growth initiatives annually.
  • Contribute to improving internal brand management processes.
  1. Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in:
    • Brand management
    • Agency account management
    • Digital marketing
    • FMCG brand environment
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns.
