Salam Charity donates relief to flood affected familes in Buliisa district.

Salam Charity Foundation, donated relief items to over 200 families in Butiaba town council in Buliisa district who were affected by floods.

The activation was done in Piida Village Butiaba town council, Buliisa District, which included Salam Charity teams, area Members of Parliament, religious leaders, and local leaders presided over by Haji Suleiman Kirungi, the Chairperson Salam Charity Bunyoro region.

Relief items included 6 tonnes of posho, 350kgs of rice, 350kgs of sugar, 100 jerrycans, 11 boxes of soap, 12 cartons of salt, shoes for men and women clothes, mattresses, and others.

Hajji Kareem Kaliisa Managing Director Salam TV | Charity appealed to the beneficiaries to share the little they have received with other family members who didn’t receive it as one way of showing love to one another.
