Thank you for a memorable decade, Justin ‘Super Kiraka’ Bas.

Celebrated show host Justin Bas a.k.a Super Kiraka, hosted NBS Television’s “Hit Maker” for one final time – yes, he bade farewell to a show he has energetically hosted for more than a decade!

The remarkable energy master’s final show, dubbed the “Final Lap,” was a true reflection of Justin Bas’ legacy – passion, viewer-first approach, positivity – his time as show host on the “Hit Maker” will always be remembered as the unique trailblazer for Saturday midmorning mix shows on Ugandan TV, and always stand out as the only show that stayed true to its goal of providing platforms for young DJs to triumph with its weekly DJ battles.

“Justin will live in our memories forever; I can confidently say. When we started out, I would never have pictured us coming this far, even when I would have loved us to – he has since grown into such a mentor for the younger MCs, and now we have the beautiful headache to find a great way to keep his legacy going,” said Next Media Services Chief Programming Officer, Christopher Wanobere.

Justin Bas, through the years, established himself as an outstanding show host and entertainer and further into the music business, becoming the Chief Executive Officer of Switdrim Music (a Ugandan-based record label) and talent manager.

Without a doubt, the Hit Maker weekly show, airing on NBS Television every Saturday, 11 AM to 1 PM, has inevitably manifested outstanding performance and growth over the years as hosted by Justin Bas. (A) new host(s) of “Hit Maker” will be announced in due course.
