Smart Home Connectivity:
Soliton highlighted the importance of integrating fiber-to-the-home connectivity as a standard utility in housing developments. Reliable internet access not only supports smart home features like security and entertainment but also enables remote work and enhances livability.
Building Materials and Finishes:
- Roofings: Shared affordable, durable solutions using sustainable materials like plastic and metal for roofing, fencing, and more.
- Plascon: Introduced energy-efficient and tailored paint solutions designed to meet customer preferences while ensuring durability.
Financing for Green Housing:
Housing Finance Bank emphasized the need for affordable financing tailored to sustainable housing projects. They are actively partnering with eco-friendly providers and incorporating sustainability criteria into their lending processes.
