Next Media Group CEO, Kin Kariisa, has officially taken on the role of President of the Rotary Club of Kigo Seven Lakes Golf, marking a new chapter in his journey of community service and leadership.
Speaking during the handover ceremony, Kariisa emphasized that his commitment to Rotary stems from a deep-seated passion for service. “I take on this role not because I must, but because I love to serve humanity,” he said, reflecting on his long-standing involvement with Rotary causes even before becoming a formal member.
Known for his hands-on approach to leadership, Kariisa shared his goal of executing at least one impactful project each year, a tradition he plans to continue with the support of fellow Rotarians. “This won’t be a one-man race. We shall lead together. Where I’m too fast, they’ll slow me down. Too slow? They’ll push me forward,” he noted.
While his official term begins on July 25th with the Installation Ceremony, the newly inducted President is already setting the tone for a collaborative and impact-driven year ahead.
