This afternoon, we had the privilege of hosting the finalists of the Stanbic National Schools Championship at the Next Media Park.
The students’ energy and curiosity were remarkable. Their questions demonstrated a depth of thought and creativity that left me inspired. It was clear that their mindset and ambition resonate with the innovative spirit we foster at Next Media.
During their visit, our team guided the students through our studios, newsrooms, and creator spaces, allowing them to engage directly with the environments where ideas are transformed into impactful stories. This hands-on experience enabled the students to see firsthand how concepts can be brought to life on real platforms.
At Next Media, we take pride in nurturing the next generation of changemakers by giving them access, visibility, and encouragement. Seeing these young Ugandans connect their innovative ideas to tangible media platforms reaffirmed the importance of investing in youth and education.
We wish all the finalists the very best in the upcoming championship finals. May their vision and commitment continue to contribute meaningfully to Uganda’s future in health, energy, and security.
