Patience ‘Posha’ Aloyo is a Development Economist with a diverse finance, media, and content creation background. She began her career as an accountant at the Bank of Uganda before moving into the media industry.
With over four years of experience in media, Posha has built a solid reputation as a TV show producer, digital influencer, and mental health advocate. She started her media journey as a guest on Another Round before joining Next Radio at its inception. Posha is the Programs Manager at Next Radio and produces the show ‘After 5’ on NBS.
Posha also serves on the Next Media Music Committee and is a graduate of the Next Media CEO Mentorship Program. Her passion for philanthropy and giving back to the community is evident in her involvement in Rotary and her support for rugby.
